The first size exchange is always FREE , even for customized products. Returns are not permitted on customized products because they are made to measure for you.

We use only certified organically tanned leathers, free from chromium, zinc, titanium, and aluminum. Calfskin, lambskin, suede, and buffalo leather are all artisan-crafted to enhance their natural qualities. Always hand-carved and treated with care, this is how we produce our highest-quality footwear.

The upper is then hammered and finished to soften the contact points with the foot. The upper is then glued to the insole and then fixed to the sole, ensuring precision, comfort, and durability.

Leather becomes more and more attractive as it ages, but it's essential to take care of it. Here are some simple steps:

• Remove dust with a brush.
• Apply a cream with the same brush. For light-colored shoes, it's best to use a neutral cream.
• Wait at least 20 minutes for the cream to dry, then use a polishing cloth.
• Spray a sanitizer inside the shoe and wait a couple of hours before wearing it.
