JP/David is an artisan brand: each product is made from scratch after your order. For this reason, production takes 7-10 business days (7-14 if you purchase items on sale). Shipping takes place within 24-48 hours via Poste Italiane within Italy and Europe, while for the rest of the world, delivery times are approximately 22 business days.

Shipping to Italy is completely free. Shipping to European countries is €15, while shipping to non-European countries is approximately €35.

Every order leaving our shop comes with a tracking code to track your shipment. You'll receive the code via email; if you can't find it, contact us via the contact page or WhatsApp at +39 3314019254, including the order number (sent via email) and your name. We'll send you your tracking code as soon as possible.

No, customization has no additional cost, unless a special material or leather is requested which carries a higher price.

Please note that as this is a customised product, returns are not possible as each item is made to order and tailor-made for you.

JP/David shoes are handcrafted and, for this reason, may exhibit small variations from one model to the next. Signs such as slight wrinkles, grain, or color differences are not defects, but details that enhance the beauty and uniqueness of each pair.

If the item has obvious manufacturing defects, please report them within 14 days of purchase by emailing customercare@jpdavid.it. JP David will arrange, through its own courier, for the product to be collected, analyzed, and, if the defect is confirmed, replaced with a new item. If the product is deemed not defective, it will be returned to the customer, with shipping charges charged.

If a return with a refund is requested not due to manufacturing defects but for personal reasons or taste, the item must be returned (at the customer's expense) to the following address:

At the same time, an email must be sent to customercare@jpdavid.it specifying the order number, name and surname, and reason for the return.

The first size exchange is free . From the second exchange onwards, return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

If you wish to exchange the item for a completely different model, both shipping and collection will be at the customer's expense.

In case of returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, who will have to send the item back to our address.

For each product on the site you will find the “Size Guide” button.
The measurement should be taken in centimeters, from the tip of the foot to the heel. To do this easily, place your foot on a sheet of paper, mark the two ends with a pencil or pen, and measure the distance with a tape measure.

If a shoe doesn't have a size chart, contact us using the dedicated form and specify the item code (SKU). We'll send you the chart via email or chat.
