Shipping within Italy

Preparation and delivery times:
Our shoes are handcrafted after the order is confirmed.
Preparation time: 7–10 working days
Delivery time after shipment: 1–3 working days
Free size exchange:
The first size exchange is completely free (shipping included).
To request a size exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using reliable couriers.
Cost:
❗ For all countries outside Italy, shipping is not free.
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.
Duties and taxes:
Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Average times are:
Europe: 3–6 working days after shipment
Non-EU / USA / Canada: 5–10 working days after shipment
Rest of the world: 7–14 working days
Returns and Refunds
Returns within Italy
The customer can request a return or size exchange by contacting our customer service.
The first size exchange is free of charge.
In case of a return, the value of the product will be refunded, excluding any additional fees (if applicable).
International Returns
For orders shipped outside Italy:
Shipping costs for international orders are not refunded
Only the actual cost of the product will be refunded after verifying its condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment until delivery.
